Corridor 5 is a multimodal transportation axis which connects Piedmont-Lombardy with Eastern European markets crossing booming regions of the Adriatic harbours, major Slovenian urban centres, advanced manufacturing cities in Hungary as well as the most populous Eastern European metropolis of Budapest. The axis creates an advanced communication with Slovakia, Ukraine and Russia and accommodates further business opportunities benefiting by an advanced transnational network.
Corridor 5 is more than a transportation axis: this is an organic extension of the Mediterranean growth area aiming at expanding to the Balkans and further towards Eastern Europe.

Come to the Corridor 5 Conference and Workshop in Milan on the 9th June 2010!
The Conference and Workshop aims at gathering together stakeholders along Corridor 5 in order to connect up current development and cooperation initiatives with investors and decision makers.

Key topics of the Conference will focus on urban development, creativity industry and cooperation by means of introducing potentials in Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary and Slovakia.
